Overview: The Transportation Network Regional Manager will ensure contract fulfillment of insurance requirements and credentialing of sub-contractor vehicles and drivers; will provide leadership support on the development, implementation and execution of all LogistiCare Transportation Provider Services in the Greater Bay Area, CA. The Regional Manager will ensure adherence to relevant federal and state laws, contract standards, and LogistiCare's ethical standards. This position will be based in your home office, and require travel / driving throughout the Region.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provider Network Functions</li> <li>Manages transportation provider network contracts to ensure that performance criteria are met and maintained</li> <li>Oversees the onboarding of transportation providers to include contracting and negotiating rates</li> <li>Ensure credentialing policies are followed and standards are adhered to</li> <li>Develop metrics and implement plans to monitor, review and address network deficiencies</li> <li>Ensure delivery and review of the provider performance reviews.</li> <li>Negotiates with provider network to meet budgeted costs</li> <li>Application of corrective action plans for transportation provider contract deficiencies and recommends liquidated damages if necessary Client Relationships</li> <li>Develops ongoing relationship with all insurance carriers, transportation providers and Healthcare Facilities</li> <li>Manages problem resolution and quality monitoring including complaint reports</li> <li>Completes necessary reports related to assigned contracts Data Collection, Maintenance and Reporting</li> <li>Provides monthly transportation provider status reports to the Director of Operations</li> <li>Assumes primary responsibility and leadership for quarterly advisory and provider meetings</li> <li>Responsible for data collection, maintenance, reporting and provide weekly reports to the Director of Operations</li> </ul>
