Overview: <ul> <li>Responsible for oversight and management of full life cycle recruiting process in partnership with corporate leaders for corporate exempt and non-exempt positions to include posting positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and extending offers</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Responsible for on-boarding corporate new hires to include new hire orientation</li> <li>Establish recruitment guidelines and provide recruiting assistance and system training to existing field operations and in support of implementations of new business</li> <li>Ensure all aspects of recruitment process comply with employment laws</li> <li>Ensure department leaders are in compliance with the established recruitment process and policies</li> <li>Responsible for oversight and management of the company-wide applicant tracking system to include set up of user accounts; password reset requests; approving job requisitions posting positions; ensure proper processing of applicants to include reviewing background records, approving offers; and providing technical support to both hiring managers and candidates</li> <li>Develop, implement, review and evaluate interview tools, techniques, job descriptions and orientation material</li> <li>Conduct job analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines and policies</li> <li>Conduct salary analysis to compare and assess internal equity, market pay competitiveness, pay discrepancies and determine salary grade</li> <li>Develop cost-effective recruitment strategies based on business and departmental goals and needs analysis; may include management of third party vendors and assisting with the development of contacts with educational institutions, minority owned agencies, employment agencies, placement firms, workforce centers and other local organizations in an effort source a diverse pool of qualified candidates</li> <li>Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the recruitment process to ensure policies and reporting are in compliance</li> <li>Manage government reporting and compliance with applicable employment laws; EEO1 reporting, Occupational Employment Statistics reporting, and Affirmative Action planning and compliance as applicable</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all employment laws and support affirmative action/equal opportunity and diversity goals</li> <li>Consult with legal counsel when necessary to ensure that hiring policies and practices comply with federal and state law</li> <li>May perform other duties as needed</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /><br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or a related field preferred; any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge</li> <li>Human Resources experience required with a minimum of three (3) years recruitment/selection experience</li> <li>Experience managing direct reports and third party vendors</li> <li>Affirmative Action and EEO reporting experience preferred</li> <li>Background in employment law or other government compliance regulations a plus</li> <li>A valid driver's license and the ability to travel if neededComputer Skills</li> <li>Working knowledge of HRIS and Recruiting software applications required</li> <li>Prior experience with ADP Virtual Edge a plus</li> <li>Strong aptitude for learning new systems</li> <li>Type a minimum of 40 wpm</li> <li>Advanced computer skills a plus</li> <li>Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite required</li> <li>Knowledge of technology, including hardware and software applications used in the Human Resources functionCompetency Statement(s)</li> <li>Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in the English language</li> <li>Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of recruiting and excellent interpersonal skills</li> <li>Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and policies within the HR field</li> <li>Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize, utilizing a sense of urgency</li> <li>Ability to influence decisions without direct authority</li> <li>Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals</li> <li>The ability to research and analyze various types of data information</li> <li>Ability to organize and prioritize work</li> <li>Excellent time management and organizational skills are required</li> <li>Strong multi-tasking skills are a must</li> <li>Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law</li> <li>Exhibit calm responsiveness to stressful situations and maintain strict confidentiality</li> <li>Must work well in a team environment and be able to work with a diverse group of people</li> <li>Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and initiative</li> <li>Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem</li> <li>Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word</li> <li>Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely</li> <li>Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.</li> <li>Decision Making - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.</li> <li>Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.</li> <li>Management Skills - Ability to organize and direct oneself and effectively supervise others.</li> <li>Problem Solving -- Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems</li> <li>Relationship Building - Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers</li> <li>Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations</li> <li>LogistiCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer</li> </ul>
