Overview: <ul> <li>Responsible for oversight and management of full life cycle recruiting process in partnership with corporate leaders for corporate exempt and non-exempt positions to include posting positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and extending offers</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Responsible for on-boarding corporate new hires to include new hire orientation</li> <li>Establish recruitment guidelines and provide recruiting assistance and system training to existing field operations and in support of implementations of new business</li> <li>Ensure all aspects of recruitment process comply with employment laws</li> <li>Ensure department leaders are in compliance with the established recruitment process and policies</li> <li>Responsible for oversight and management of the company-wide applicant tracking system to include set up of user accounts; password reset requests; approving job requisitions posting positions; ensure proper processing of applicants to include reviewing background records, approving offers; and providing technical support to both hiring managers and candidates</li> <li>Develop, implement, review and evaluate interview tools, techniques, job descriptions and orientation material</li> <li>Conduct job analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines and policies</li> <li>Conduct salary analysis to compare and assess internal equity, market pay competitiveness, pay discrepancies and determine salary grade</li> <li>Develop cost-effective recruitment strategies based on business and departmental goals and needs analysis; may include management of third party vendors and assisting with the development of contacts with educational institutions, minority owned agencies, employment agencies, placement firms, workforce centers and other local organizations in an effort source a diverse pool of qualified candidates</li> <li>Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the recruitment process to ensure policies and reporting are in compliance</li> <li>Manage government reporting and compliance with applicable employment laws; EEO1 reporting, Occupational Employment Statistics reporting, and Affirmative Action planning and compliance as applicable</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all employment laws and support affirmative action/equal opportunity and diversity goals</li> <li>Consult with legal counsel when necessary to ensure that hiring policies and practices comply with federal and state law</li> <li>May perform other duties as needed</li> </ul>
