Overview: The Platform Services Manager role is a hands-on leadership role to plan, organize, and manage all IT Platform services, deliverables, and operational support. This role will schedule and direct all team activities to address Platform incident and problem resolution on a 24/7 rotation. It will work with internal and external development organizations on a regular basis to assess platform needs. It will also, this role will address/critique software and platform architecture cohesiveness while providing overall architecture guidance and oversite on a continual basis.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead team of strong Platform Service Engineers delivering IT Platform Services across the organization</li> <li>Special focus on Platform performance and efficiency</li> <li>Establish service level agreements with business units</li> <li>Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with the executive team</li> <li>Occasional on-call escalation responsibilities</li> <li>Note: This description is not intended to be all-inclusive.</li> <li>Employee may be requested to perform other duties from time to time.</li> </ul>
