Overview: The Senior Director Operations Finance position is the support role primarily for sales, pricing, and revenue financial support. It includes responsibility for metrics creation and reporting for sales and revenue contracts in addition to pricing support. This role provides quantitative decision support for key operational initiatives while also providing visibility and reporting of key company metrics. This role will understand and support key customer contracts, pipeline and new win development, and components of contract pricing.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Key support function for Sales/Marketing team to include commissions plan development and calculations, pipeline management using Salesforce, developing and tracking key Sales/Marketing metrics</li> <li>Finance support role for pricing team to include creation of standardized top sheets, contract pricing analysis and reporting, contract margin analysis and reporting, and aid in the development of other</li> <li>Pricing metrics to enable contract tracking and measurement</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with IT, Accounting, and Pricing team to enable real-time tracking of revenue contracts including both revenue and cost drivers to measure profitability</li> <li>Assist with integration projects such as revenue recognition as required</li> <li>Support revenue forecasting and budget process</li> <li>Assist with development of scorecards and other reporting as required</li> </ul>
