Overview: <br/><br/> <br/><br/>The National Operations Director of Analysis and Reporting will lead a team responsible for delivering insight to all levels of the organization by developing viable solutions through data analysis, reporting, and the development of reporting solutions. This role will lead the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards, and will discover and communicate key insights and findings to internal stakeholders. This role will have a highly visible role with key leaders and will work closely with teams across the company including IT, Finance, Human Resources, and leaders across all local operations. This position will lead the drive for analyses and actionable insights focused on assessing and improving Operations programs, service delivery, and business performance as well as the analytics and data reporting capabilities across the enterprise. This role will leverage data analysis results to promote a culture of accountability; oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of programs across all of Operations through the establishment of success metrics, operational and program scorecards; and lead Operational data analytics to advance evidence-based decision making within LogistiCare. <br/>
Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<br /> <ul> <li>Lead the deployment of a standardized reporting solution across all site Operations and across all National Operations teams. Reporting requirements will include: employee performance management of various job categories, process throughput, operational predictors (lead KPIs), project scorecarding, and ad hoc reporting.</li> <li>Lead the definition, build and reporting of a standard set of performance KPIs to monitor the success of the Operations team as a whole, including the individual performance of each local Operations market and National team.</li> <li>Leveraging multiple reporting channels, including online dashboards, lead the development of a more optimal reporting environment so that standard recurring tasks can be done more quickly and efficiently and so that key users can more readily access key findings.</li> <li>Serve as point of contact for the National Operations team regarding data collection, analysis, and data dissemination.</li> <li>Provide project analysis leadership and recommendations for any proposed initiatives.</li> <li>Acts as key subject matter expert in any future service delivery or cost improvement initiative.</li> </ul>
