Overview: The Director, Program and Process Management will support the SVP, Program and Process Management in the implementation of the corporation's Enterprise Program Management Office and Process Improvement disciplines. The position will focus primarily on initiating and developing a Continuous Improvement and Quality program. This program will improve operating leverage, increase LogistiCare's ability to meet customer expectations, develop leaders, and create a quality-focused culture. This position will also support the SVP in program management and planning functions.
Responsibilities: <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Define key Process and Quality program elements around:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Organization &amp; governance.</li> <li>Program objectives.</li> <li>Funnel and project management.</li> <li>Talent management.</li> <li>Change management &amp; communications.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Responsible for leading the development of the Continuous Improvement &amp; Quality competencies with a focus on: <ul> <li>Implementing process and quality methodologies -- Lean, Six Sigma.</li> <li>Assessing current-state process environment and identifying improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Facilitating cross-functional teams and an inclusive approach to understanding current operations.</li> <li>Analyzing data and understanding outcomes on solution design.</li> <li>Developing solution recommendations.</li> <li>Delivering/Implementing prioritized and approved solution(s).</li> <li>Facilitating executive decision-making to finalize recommended solutions.</li> <li>Designing and deploying change management solutions to support project deployments.</li> <li>Developing performance management plans to ensure project outcomes are achieved, monitored, and improved over time.</li> <li>Developing plans for transitioning completed and deployed solutions to accountable owners.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Provide leadership for process and quality programs: <ul> <li>Act as change agent to foster a customer centric quality culture throughout the organization and drive measurable business process improvements.</li> <li>Work with business leadership to establish and meet financial and customer service goals. Prepare benefits budget creation. Deliver expected financial benefits for the program under his/her responsibility.</li> <li>Assist Champions, Black Belts, Green Belts and business and process owners with the identification, scoping and financial justification of projects that align with the business strategic plan.</li> <li>Own, manage and drive projects portfolio along with internal champions.</li> <li>Pursue identification of tools, technology and training to assist team members in reaching success efficiently.</li> <li>Promote collaboration and team building.</li> <li>Participate in Steering Committees as needed.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support the strategic planning process as requested. <ul> <li>Align operational objectives for Continuous Improvement and Quality teams to strategic plans, supporting achievement of near- and long-term organizational objectives.</li> <li>Facilitate / Support other business initiatives as needed.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Contribute to the development, improvement, and implementation of a best practices Enterprise. Program Management Office, with a focus on: <ul> <li>The mentoring of Lean Six Sigma practitioners and project managers.</li> <li>The successful execution of approved strategic and operational programs/projects, to include at a minimum on-time, within budget, within expected quality standards.</li> <li>The implementation of a standard set of Program Management and collaboration tools.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>

MBA preferred.</li> </ul> <p>Skills/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years Healthcare or Medical Transportation Industry desired.</li> <li>10+ years Program Planning and Project Management.</li> <li>5+ years in Lean Six Sigma or other quality programs.</li> <li>5+ years Training and Development desired.</li> <li>5+ years Change Management.</li> <li>5+ years Business Technology solutions.</li> <li>Strong Interpersonal and Analytical skills.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen and Workout tools, problem solving / root cause analysis and process management.</li> <li>Proven track record of financial results from the application of process improvement methodologies and effective change management.</li> <li>Proven ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Proven ability to identify and develop organizational talent.</li> </ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
