Overview: The Financial Analyst reports to the Finance Department and requires strong data mining, analytical and technical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detail-level analysis of revenue billings and adjustments. He or she will analyze A/R collections and work closely with management to help make decisions about client payments, contractual obligations, utilization and expenses. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual capable of analyzing large data sets with innovation in mind.
Responsibilities: <p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Query and manipulate data through Microsoft Access and/or other databases.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver monthly Invoices and Reconciliations to clients within contractual deadlines.</li> <li>Maintain and ensure data queries are in alignment with contractual payment/compensation terms.</li> <li>Maintain accurate data reconciliation trends within established SOX controls.</li> <li>Follow up with clients on outstanding accounts receivable balances.</li> <li>Collaborate with Accounting team for validation of expenses for monthly invoicing.</li> <li>Work with other members of the Finance &amp; Accounting team on special projects, and ad-hoc analysis as required.</li> </ul>
