No vacation time may be taken during the 90-day Introductory Period.</p> <p>Vacation accrues on a monthly basis, and is loaded in eTime on the first day of each month for the prior month of service. Increases to vacation amounts, as defined in appendix A, are credited on the first day of the month following a promotion or following an anniversary date that would result in a new level of vacation.</p> <p>Staff level including leads (non-management)</p> <ul> <li>year of service: 40 hours per year 3.33 per month (5 days)</li> <li>year and up to 5 years of service: 80 hours per year 6.67 per month (10 days)</li> <li>5 years and up to 10 years of service: 120 hours per year 10.0 per month (15 days)</li> <li>10 years of service: 160 hours per year 13.33 per month (20 days)</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: Primary job duties of the CSR include providing superior customer service to clients, efficient and accurate entering of all customer service requests into LogistiCare's data management system, performing all gate keeping functions related to trip authorization, documenting and resolving complaints and issues.
Requirements: <div>Education:<br /> <ul> <li>Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED</li> </ul> </div> <div>Experience:<br /> <ul> <li>Prior in-bound Call Center experience and/or prior customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry required</li> </ul> </div> <div>Skills:<br /> <ul> <li>Strong demonstrated customer service skills</li> <li>Excellent customer service and phone skills</li> <li>Strong verbal communications, problem solving, time management and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to accurately type 35 corrected WPM</li> <li>Ability to follow directions and catch on quickly</li> <li>Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus</li> </ul> Competencies:<br /> <ul> <li>Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.</li> <li>Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.</li> <li>Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.</li> <li>Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.</li> <li>Reliability - The trait of being dependable and trustworthy.</li> </ul> </div>
