Our in-house capabilities include site work, concrete, carpentry, and select finish trades.</p> <p>We are&nbsp;searching for a knowledgeable&nbsp;and experienced&nbsp;<strong><u>Project Manager</u></strong>&nbsp;to add to our team in New Hampshire. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Oversee and direct construction projects from concept to completion.</li> <li>Negotiate contracts.</li> <li>Develop project schedules.</li> <li>Budget management and estimating including material take-offs.</li> <li>Analyze, manage and mitigate risk.</li> <li>Management of the following project systems: customer, resources, documents, job cost control and change orders.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li> <li>Self-starter and willingness to learn and motivate others.</li> <li>Eager to work and support the growth of the company.</li> <li>Proficiency with MSOffice, Project and Outlook.</li> <li>Ability to draft and design in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.</li> <li>Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.</li> <li>Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets.</li> <li>Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.</li> <li>Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment.</li> </ul> &nbsp; <p>We are passionate about solving our clients&rsquo; problems and dedicated to providing them with exceptional service.
