Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Perform general labor duties on heavy civil and environmental construction job sites.</li> <li>Assist skilled trades and construction crews with materials and site preparation.</li> <li>Wear PPE at all times and follow site safety protocols.</li> <li>Report all accidents, incidents, and near misses in accordance with company safety procedures.</li> <li>Lift and carry materials up to 100 pounds.</li> <li>Perform other tasks as needed to support project progress.</li> </ul>
