LCI is a contractor with broad capabilities in infrastructure development, environmental remediation, and demolition. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Actively participate in and contribute to a safety-oriented work culture.</li> <li>Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety policies.</li> <li>Become familiar with LCI contract agreements for various project types.</li> <li>Set up file structures for new projects and manage project correspondence and documentation.</li> <li>Directly manage assigned field engineers.</li> <li>Participate in project meetings with project managers, owners, and internal teams.</li> <li>Assist in compiling and preparing as-built drawings.</li> <li>Support project manager in scope reviews of subcontracts and purchase orders.</li> <li>Prepare submittal schedules; write, review, and submit all submittals for approval.</li> <li>Assist in developing the schedule of values and project schedule.</li> <li>Prepare RFIs, RFCs, and change order proposals.</li> <li>Compile and distribute 3-week look-ahead and daily schedules.</li> <li>Review all shop drawings before submission.</li> <li>Provide planning and technical support to project superintendents.</li> <li>Help prepare payment applications and ensure owner compliance.</li> <li>Assist with QA/QC operations as scheduled.</li> <li>Review delivery tickets and purchase orders for proper coding.</li> <li>Track and report inconsistencies in project activities or production.</li> <li>Support estimating operations as needed.</li> <li>Conduct jobsite walkthroughs to review production and quality.</li> <li>Assist in completion of punch lists and project closeout activities.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>&nbsp;</strong></h3>
