Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead or contribute to the design and development of civil/site engineering projects.</li> <li>Perform complex engineering calculations and prepare design reports.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Direct and review work completed by junior engineers and drafters.</li> <li>Use engineering software and design tools to develop plans and technical documents.</li> <li>Assist with scope, schedule, and budget management.</li> <li>Participate in client meetings and presentations.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.</li> <li>Follow company safety protocols and procedures.</li> <li>Perform other related work as apparent or assigned.</li> </ul>
