Overview: Loureiro Building Construction, LLC. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in New Hampshire.<br />This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and industrial construction projects for a self-performing general contractor. The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Field Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.<br /><br /><strong>Who We Are</strong><br />Loureiro Building Construction, LLC is a contractor with extensive experience in design/build, general contracting, and construction management, with the ability to self-perform across all market sectors. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assisting with project planning and scheduling</li> <li>Preparing and processing subcontracts and purchase orders</li> <li>Attending and recording project meetings</li> <li>Preparing change orders, submittals, and maintaining submittal logs</li> <li>Managing subcontractors and material suppliers</li> <li>Reviewing daily reports</li> <li>Record keeping and documentation of all aspects of the relative projects</li> <li>Reviewing subcontractor requisitions for accuracy, in conjunction with the Project Management team.</li> <li>Assisting with attaining substantial and final project completion on time and within budget.</li> <li>May assist Estimators, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents throughout all phases of projects, including performing quantity take-offs, soliciting quotes, scheduling, submittals, reviewing &amp; coordinating subcontractor/material supplier quotes/subcontracts/PO&rsquo;s, preparing project-specific health &amp; safety documents</li> </ul> Who You Are <ul> <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li> <li>A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment</li> <li>Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams</li> <li>Proactive and adaptable with strong multitasking abilities</li> <li>Motivated to learn and grow within the construction industry</li> </ul>
