Overview: <p><strong>Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Business Development Director to join our team.</strong>&nbsp;In this role, you will lead day-to-day business development operations, drive revenue and client growth, and ensure alignment of business development initiatives with the company&rsquo;s overall strategy. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Support the Senior Vice President in executing and refining the company&rsquo;s business development strategy.</li> <li>Lead and manage the business development team, providing mentorship, guidance, and leadership to meet performance goals.</li> <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and client base.</li> <li>Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, RFQs, and other business development materials.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, focusing on retention and long-term growth.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client deliverables and business development initiatives align with company objectives.</li> <li>Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to inform strategy and adjust tactics as needed.</li> <li>Report progress, key performance metrics, and potential new opportunities to senior leadership.</li> <li>Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events to build brand presence.</li> <li>Participate in high-level negotiations and contribute to securing high-value contracts.</li> </ul>
