Responsibilities: <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li>Achieve at least 10% annual growth of new clients and business opportunities.</li> <li>Focus on environmental health and safety initiatives of industrial and/or manufacturing clients.</li> <li>Pursue new industrial customers&rsquo; opportunities utilizing a cross-functional business approach.</li> <li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure customer deliverables are achieved.</li> <li>Understand market dynamics and competition as it relates to our business model.</li> <li>Identify and research potential clients and competition.</li> <li>Pursue leads, timelines and execution time to close.</li> <li>Generate &amp; quantify warm leads to enhance and broaden business development growth goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support RFQ/P process and submissions.</li> <li>Seek out and attend targeted associations and trade show opportunities for team participation.</li> <li>Work closely with division heads and LEA leadership.</li> <li>Provide drive and a willingness to work cross functional to achieve a common goal.</li> </ul>

Engineering experience preferred.</li> <li>3-5 years developing business with manufacturing or industrial clients.
