Overview: <h4><strong>Loureiro Building Construction, LLC. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in New Hampshire.</strong></h4> <p>This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and industrial construction projects for a self-performing general contractor. The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Field Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.</p> <h4><strong>Who We Are</strong></h4> <p>Loureiro Building Construction, LLC is a contractor with extensive experience in design/build, general contracting, and construction management, with the ability to self-perform across all market sectors. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assisting with project planning and scheduling.</li> <li>Preparing and processing subcontracts and purchase orders.</li> <li>Attending and recording project meetings.</li> <li>Preparing change orders, submittals, and maintaining submittal logs.</li> <li>Managing subcontractors and material suppliers.</li> <li>Reviewing daily reports.</li> <li>Recordkeeping and documentation of all aspects of the relative projects.</li> <li>Reviewing subcontractor requisitions for accuracy, in conjunction with the Project Management team.</li> <li>Assisting with attaining substantial and final project completion on time and within<strong>&nbsp;</strong>budget.</li> <li>May assist Estimators, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents throughout all phases of projects, including performing quantity take-offs, soliciting quotes, scheduling, submittals, reviewing &amp; coordinating subcontractor/material supplier quotes/subcontracts/PO&rsquo;s, preparing project-specific health &amp; safety documents.</li> </ul>
