Overview: <p><strong>Loureiro Building Construction, LLC</strong>&nbsp;is seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Construction Superintendent</strong>&nbsp;for our Building Construction Division based out of our&nbsp;<strong>Plainville, CT office</strong>. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Take a strategic role in preconstruction, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.</li> <li>Uphold the project schedule and control costs, reporting status to stakeholders.</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve issues on site with minimal executive oversight.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with all applicable construction codes, safety standards, and government regulations.</li> <li>Lead and coordinate a diverse team of subcontractors, internal team members, and field personnel.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.</li> <li>Ensure all on-site operations are executed safely, on-time, within budget, and to Loureiro&rsquo;s quality standards.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of work schedules, determining manpower, equipment, and materials needed.</li> <li>Conduct daily site walkthroughs, safety checks, and ensure occupational health standards are met.</li> <li>Participate in preparatory and initial quality control meetings.</li> <li>Produce daily reports including Safety Reports and other assigned documentation.</li> <li>Promote job site safety and encourage adherence to safe work practices.</li> <li>Provide feedback to Project Managers/Executives on work performance, productivity, and any emerging issues.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
