Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead the identification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities, targeting high-value industrial, manufacturing, and environmental health &amp; safety clients.</li> <li>Achieve and exceed ambitious annual growth targets for new clients and business opportunities.</li> <li>Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and partners to support long-term retention and expansion.</li> <li>Coordinate with project teams and division heads to ensure seamless delivery of client commitments.</li> <li>Analyze market dynamics, track competitors, and apply insights to inform business development strategies.</li> <li>Oversee lead generation, RFQ/RFP submissions, and proposal development to drive business growth.</li> <li>Represent Loureiro at industry associations, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.</li> <li>Mentor and guide junior business development staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.</li> <li>Partner with leadership to define strategic initiatives and contribute to high-level decision-making.</li> </ul>
