Overview: <p>Loureiro Building Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Project Manager</strong>&nbsp;to join our team in Connecticut. This position provides overall leadership and direction on commercial and industrial construction projects for a self-performing general contractor throughout New England. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Oversee and manage construction projects from concept through completion.</li> <li>Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, municipal officials, and subcontractors.</li> <li>Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.</li> <li>Negotiate and administer contracts and change orders.</li> <li>Perform estimating, including material take-offs.</li> <li>Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks.</li> <li>Maintain responsibility for project scope, schedule, cost control, and documentation.</li> <li>Manage project systems including customer communication, resources, documents, job cost tracking, and change management.</li> <li>Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company safety policies.</li> </ul>
