Overview: <p>A leader in the Wealth Management industry is looking for a <strong>Head of Client Administration Services</strong>.&nbsp; This position will manage 15 individuals who liaise between client advisors and back office support teams to get tasks accomplished as this firm continues to grow.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Managing the CAS team, including responsibility for hiring, training/development, work oversight, and adjusting roles/team structure when driven by changing workloads, etc.</li> <li>Reviewing and refining/redesigning as appropriate all team procedures and systems to further enhance efficiency and especially controls (e.g., internal audit findings), in particular as CAS service volumes increase (e.g., asset transfers) or as new CAS services are added</li> <li>Serving as the public face of CAS to the broader&nbsp;organization, with a particular emphasis on actively promoting customer satisfaction and correspondingly deeper utilization of CAS services with front line Client Advisors</li> <li>Proactively participating in broader corporate teams/initiatives (e.g., IT/Operations Relationship Manager within a business vertical or regional office, Officer&rsquo;s Committee, Risk Management Working Group, FATCA Working Group)</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree plus a minimum of ten years&rsquo; experience; higher&nbsp;&nbsp;education degree strongly preferred</li> <li>Experience in financial services industry required; experience in wealth management and/or Compliance is desired</li> <li>Prior experience managing a large team with proven leaderships skills (e.g., staff development/motivation, team building, results orientation, work prioritization/multi-tasking, ability to delegate)</li> <li>Problem diagnosis and problem solving skills (e.g., identifying and addressing root cause of&nbsp;recurring problems or complications), including thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to detail</li> <li>Very strong control/audit mindset, with an ability to proactively incorporate regulatory requirements and operational risk management in all areas/processes</li> <li>Strong communication skills and customer service orientation</li> </ul>
