Overview: <p>A leading firm in the banking and capital markets space is looking for a CCAR and <strong>IHC Reporting Associate</strong> in their Jersey City, NJ office. The position will prepare and compile relevant regulatory filing documents to ensure greater controls around financial reporting.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Preparation, analytical review, and reconciliation of core financial data for the following Federal Reserve reports: FR Y-14M/Q/A</li> <li>Prepare and submit core financial data to various functions with the Firm for model input</li> <li>Prepare reconciliation and analysis for data validation across various Federal reserve reports</li> <li>Review / maintain documentation of procedures and governance for the reports</li> <li>Monitor and implement on-going changes in regulatory reporting requirements</li> <li>Act as resource for automation activities, process improvements and assist in development of business requirements</li> <li>Assist with manual data collection efforts and the development of controls to ensure completeness and accuracy across all federal reserve regulatory reports</li> <li>Partner closely with the Technology, Finance Risk &amp; Control, Operations, Capital Adequacy and Product Control teams to understand, improve and automate &nbsp; &nbsp; the reporting processes</li> <li>Prepare ad-hoc analysis substantiating existing reporting as requested by regulatory, audit and management inquiries</li> <li>Interface with exam teams (both internal and external) and facilitate their understanding of reporting including supporting processes</li> </ul> <div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>Minimum 6 - 10 years of Federal Reserve reporting experience</li> <li>Degree in Accounting/Finance with strong accounting skills and background</li> <li>Broad comprehension of Capital Markets and Financial Services Industry functions and products</li> <li>Experience using Axiom or similar regulatory reporting to</li> <li>Strong Microsoft software Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Broad understanding of CCAR US Federal Reserve Regulatory Reporting Requirements is preferred</li> <li>CPA</li> </ul>
