Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Ensures all elements of partner contracts are tracked and fulfilled in a timely manner.</li> <li>Maintains and nurtures relationships with personnel from our sports partners to ensure M Resort is maximizing the value of these contracts and partnerships.</li> <li>Acts as liaison between property personnel and partners ensuring communication is provided as needed.</li> <li>Maintains ticket counts and ensures proper tracking of ticket inventory.</li> <li>Works closely with property leaders to schedule on property events for sports partners.</li> <li>Assists with the coordination of transportation for off-site marketing events to ensure M guests are safely and efficiently picked up/dropped off at stadium, arena and other venues.</li> <li>Communicates the forecasts and results of sponsored events to leadership.</li> <li>Provides superior level of guest service.</li> <li>Available to meet and greet premium customers while they are visiting the property to attend a game or sports partnership-related event.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills required.</li> <li>Must be able to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play.</li> <li>Maintains a running report of event status and availability.</li> <li>Provides support for marketing events which may include creation of newsletters and collateral, creation of monthly production reporting and other key performance indicators (KPI&rsquo;s).</li> <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.</li> <li>Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li> <li>This position may require travel</li> <li>Keeps work area clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.</li> <li>Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, finance, sports management or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Minimum two (2) years of related experience required, preferably in Casino or Sports Marketing.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Technical proficiency &amp; knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel &amp; Outlook). Salesforce experience a plus.</li> <li>Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.</li> <li>Ability to follow verbal and written direction and drive toward results.</li> <li>Must be able and willing to work any shift and long hours when necessary to include working evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li> <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li> <li>Strong understanding of gaming industry, special events and entertainment related activities helpful.</li> <li>Independently initiates, follows up, and completes assignments on time and on budget.</li> <li>Ability to interface professionally with casino customers, business contacts and internal departments.</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment and tact.</li> </ul>
