Responsibilities: What You Will Do:<br /><br />Reporting to the Manager, Regional Administration, the Early Career Associate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to assist Advisors in maintaining high standards for all clients.&nbsp;<br /><br />Specifically, you will:<br /><br />&bull; Provide administrative support to MD Early Career Advisors and Early Career Specialists<br />&bull; Respond effectively to all inquiries from current and prospective clients concerning MD products and services&nbsp;<br />&bull; Maintain a follow-up system for inquiries, complaints and problem resolution, ensuring that established MD Financial Management service standards are being met in a timely manner<br />&bull; Coordinate activities and road trips between Early Career Advisors: who should be at the meetings and when, according to the client&rsquo;s annual plan; bringing together those involved to study the files; performing post-meeting follow-ups&nbsp;<br />&bull; Provide support and participate in the research of complex client issues<br />&bull; Update database for all client contact, ensuring that all client information and notes are recorded correctly<br />&bull; Maintain monthly compliance related tasks as required<br />&bull; Manage Early Career Advisors&rsquo; prospects and book client appointments<br />&bull; Coordinate the organization of seminars and other presentations for the advisor and the specialists as well as contributing to them when required<br />&bull; Make Annual Review client calls and/or send reminder emails<br />&bull; Utilize data to get a better understanding of the client&rsquo;s engagement level with MD and seeking opportunities that would align with their Financial Plan<br />&bull; Help promote/advocate MD products and services with clients and prospects<br />&bull; Coordinate the transfer of clients from one region to another to facilitate the transition (client experience)<br />&bull; Keep abreast of the available marketing resources (with the other coordinators) and promote them to all advisors<br />&bull; Ensure the team members properly use MX360 procedures and practice standards<br />&bull; Provide cross functional support to all team members and coverage for all Associates.
