Responsibilities: <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <p>Our Marketing Operations team has evolved to become a strategic arm of the MD Marketing organization, helping to deliver plans and initiatives that will optimize our customer and employee experience. The Process Analyst role is meant to bring structure to these experiences. Using various skills like observation, documentation and change leadership, the Process Analyst will create, optimize and automate business processes.</p> <p>The Process Analyst will focus on ensuring that processes are in place to support:</p> <p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;efficiency gains within Marketing Operations (i.e. intake, requests, sprint planning and project management)</p> <p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;the establishment of a collaboration/engagement model with other internal stakeholders (Insight, Decision Science, etc.)</p> <p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;maximizing our relationships with external vendors and agencies</p> <p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;the data and technology infrastructure that supports Marketing (i.e. Workfront, Marketo, Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau, MS Excel, APIs, etc.)</p> <p><strong>Specific responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for Marketing teams</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Focus on the cross-team/departmental efforts and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to address department needs</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collect and document requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes achieve the desired results and that agreed upon SLAs are met</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify issues and risks</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Make recommendations to improve efficiency across teams within Marketing and departments outside of Marketing</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee all marketing processes with a mind for efficiency and continuous improvement</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Own Workfront governance and support for Marketing and Communications, consulting on best practices for intakes and workflows</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design self-serve and templated process enhancements across our platforms to distribute technical proficiency across the team</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage MarTech and Agency agreements and budgets, ensuring transparency and efficiency</p>
