Responsibilities: What You Will Do:<br /><br />Reporting to the Manager, Project Change Management, the Enterprise Change Lead will play a key role in ensuring change programs drive value, deliver desired outcomes and deliver ROI by increasing employee adoption and usage. Focus will be on ensuring business readiness to adopt the change whether it is to business processes, systems and technology, or organization structures, ensuring these requirements are succinctly and successfully integrated into the overall project plan. You will be responsible for exceedingly complex projects and goals, using highly specialized professional skills and knowledge.<br /><br />Specifically you will:<br /><br />Use agile and waterfall methodologies to implement innovative and efficient change management strategies designed to reinforce business readiness, accountability, expedite adoption, ensure higher utilization and minimize resistance<br /><br />Develop actionable and comprehensive deliverables for the five change management levers<br /><br />Strategically seek out opportunities to leverage other change initiatives with a view to reducing impacts to people and avoiding collisions<br /><br />Actively look for efficiencies in processes (opportunities for centralization)<br /><br />Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to enable them to fulfill the key role of change sponsor<br /><br />Provide leadership and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they ready their direct reports for the future state<br /><br />Accountable for the design and execution of a RACI and plan for transition to Business as Usual, striving for new and innovative ways of delivering successful change initiatives to the organization
Requirements: <p>What You Need:<br /><br />A University degree in a related discipline (MBA an asset)<br /><br />7-10 years&rsquo; change management leadership in large-scale organizational change programs, preferably within the financial services sector<br /><br />Change management certification or PMP and/or SMC desired.
