Full Time

$23 to $25 per hour, plus OT

Overview: This Position is responsible for assisting the Executive Director with all business-related activities at the community including coordinating new hire paperwork, administrative duties, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and communicating with Milestone Support Center on all appropriate matter.<br /> <br /><strong>BENEFITS:&nbsp;</strong><br /> <ul> <li>FT Equivalent Employees (40 Hours a week will be offered)</li> <li>Medical, Dental and vision insurance offered after 60 days of employment.</li> <li>Voluntary insurance options will be available including long-term disability, short term disability, accidental death &amp;disbursement, critical illness, accident insurance, and life insurance.</li> </ul> <strong>All Employees full-time are eligible for:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li> <li>401 (K)- Auto-enrollment after 6 months of hire at 3%</li> </ul> <br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assists in the recruiting and new hire process as needed.</li> <li>Assists with community invoicing and accounting.</li> <li>Assists in orienting new residents.</li> <li>Responsible for various administrative tasks including, but not limited to: filing, data entry, assisting employees, residents, families, and visitors.</li> <li>Assisting in data entry associated with HR/Payroll system.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned or needed.</li> </ul> <br /> <br />
