Overview: We&rsquo;re seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. In this role, you&rsquo;ll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met</li> <li>Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment</li> <li>Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards</li> <li>Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment</li> <li>Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li> <li>Experience in food service preferred</li> <li>Current ServSafe Certification required</li> <li>Ability to obtain/hold any local, state, or county food handling/sanitation licenses as required</li> <li>Must be 18 years or older, pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background checks</li> <li>First Aid certification required</li> <li>Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li> <li>Pleasant, professional, and personable demeanor</li> <li>Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure</li> </ul> <br />
