Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining components, sub-systems, and systems required for efficient and continuous conduction of business operations.</li> <li>Responsible for inspecting and testing assigned equipment, noting all defective parts and making recommendations for correction.</li> <li>Performs required adjustments and repairs to electronic and electro-mechanical equipment as assigned.</li> <li>Maintains maximum efficiency, performing preventative maintenance to slot machines either on the floor or in the Slot Shop.</li> <li>Observes all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and reports any safety hazards to assigned supervisor.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Training in repair of electrical and/or electronic equipment.</li> <li>Five (5) years of Casino experience with two (2) years of Slot Technical experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common documentation.</li> <li>Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the staff.</li> <li>Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to perform normal mathematical computations regarding the implementation of current duties.</li> <li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.</li> <li>Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.</li> </ul>
