Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develops, implements, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives in defined area.</li> <li>Develops organic social media strategy for multi-property region.</li> <li>Meets periodically with property leadership and attends marketing meetings to ensure that the property vision aligns with social, digital and web strategy.</li> <li>Attends events and promotions to capture content, engage with guests, and promote the brand.</li> <li>Responsible for monitoring and upkeep of the property Facebook, Instagram, Twitter pages.</li> <li>Develops a paid social media content calendar, and executes postings based on the approved calendar.</li> <li>Maintains daily assigned workflow and follows through with execution of organic social media.</li> <li>Develops social media strategy for property and partners with all outlets on property to ensure strategy aligns with property mission.</li> <li>Monitors and responds to online reviews/reputation management for the property.</li> <li>Creates copy and imagery for organic social posts.</li> <li>Conducts social media and internet research activities for the property marketing team as applicable. Makes market recommendations according to research results.</li> <li>Partners with the Corporate Design Studio as needed for access to professional photoshoot assets and rights usage.</li> <li>Manages relationships with outside vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective production campaigns.</li> <li>Partners with the property marketing team to submit requests for advertising collateral &amp; media through InMotion.</li> <li>Provides organic social media analytics reporting as needed. Makes changes to organic, social strategy as needed.</li> <li>Adheres to all deadlines in accordance with content calendar and all other assignments.</li> <li>Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and provide recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager.</li> <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.</li> <li>Enhance guest interactions by providing a friendly greeting, offering directions, answering questions, making announcements, and creating an upbeat and positive atmosphere.</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management/GM.</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li>Experience in multiple communication channels including direct mail, e-mail and social media required.</li> <li>Must have experience with social media best practices.</li> <li>Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Knowledge of InMotion, and Social Studio highly preferred.</li> <li>Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.</li> <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.</li> <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li> <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
