Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Greets all guests in a courteous manner, displaying a helpful, caring attitude of excellence; assists guest with related Pool needs (i.e., towels, chair cushions, etc.).</li> <li>Efficiently attends to and serves guests who are utilizing the pool.</li> <li>Monitors access of Pool services to ensure that only Hotel guests have utilization of the amenities.</li> <li>Assists in keeping respective area(s) clean and organized; stocks, maintains, and cleans areas.</li> <li>Responds to guest inquiries and requests; resolves issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.</li> <li>Provides directions and guidance to guests inquiring about the Hotel, amenities, and surrounding area.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Excellent service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.</li> <li>Must be able to work outside for long periods of time.</li> <li>Abide by company appearance standards and with the designated uniform.</li> <li>Ability and dedication to exceed service standards.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Proficiency in oral and written communication skills in English.</li> <li>Must be able to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.</li> </ul>
