Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Observes, identifies, approaches, and solicits the casino guest whose business we would like to retain.</li> <li>Assists in ensuring accurate rating and monitoring of a guest&rsquo;s gaming activity.</li> <li>Assists the casino guest in obtaining a Players&rsquo; Club card.</li> <li>Updates a guest&rsquo;s account with current information as necessary.</li> <li>Researches any guest inquiry, follows through, and communicates to guest with successful results.</li> <li>instructs all casino guests on the importance of using their Players&rsquo; Club card.</li> <li>Utilizes the casino player tracking systems and other information sources to identify quality players and to follow up on results.</li> <li>Assists the casino guest with dinner and other reservations as needed.</li> <li>Arranges transportation for qualified casino guests when necessary.</li> <li>Locates and directs floor persons and cocktail staff to those guests requiring these services.</li> <li>Extends complimentaries to the casino guest, according to comp policy.</li> <li>Responsible for referring patrons to ViP events sponsored by the Casino Host department.</li> <li>Represents the Margaritaville Resort Casino in a professional and friendly manner with guests and co-workers.</li> <li>Participates in telemarketing and direct mail campaigns targeting guests for ViP event invitation, inactivity, and general customer maintenance.</li> <li>Maintains adequate communication with the Casino Marketing Manager regarding work-related activities, guest needs, and issues affecting the Host process.</li> <li>Communicates any problem to management using the chain of command in a timely manner.</li> <li>Communicates to management any unusual or extreme player patterns or activity.</li> <li>Completes other duties as assigned in a timely and professional manner.</li> </ul>
