Responsibilities: <ul> <li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.</li> <li>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</li> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li> <li>This position works with several types of chemicals; proper precautions are taken. </li> <li>This position occasionally works outside and is subject to all weather conditions. </li> <li>Ability to move around work area effectively and efficiently. </li> <li>Ability to inspect and clean areas of responsibility. </li> <li>Must be able to balance, climb and crawl as position is at times required to use ladders, as well as clean ground level areas, will be required to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.  </li> <li>Must be able to transport all supplies to and from work areas. </li> <li>Prior janitorial experience preferred but not required. </li> <li>The skills necessary for this position are typically acquired through at least two months&rsquo; on-the-job training or related experience.  </li> </ul>
