Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Enforce Dealer compliance with pit and game procedures.</li> <li>Attends meetings, training activities, courses and all other work-related activities as required.</li> <li>Supply gaming tables with proper and sufficient gaming equipment.</li> <li>Complete rating information on casino table players.</li> <li>Verification of customer credit status.</li> <li>Issue guest complimentary based on the evaluation of patrons play.</li> <li>Communicate large and/or multiple buy-ins in compliance with established Pit procedures.</li> <li>Promote outstanding customer and Team Member relations.</li> <li>Prepares Marker, Table Fill and Table Credit documents.</li> <li>Identify and resolve Table Games disputes.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1-year Supervisory experience in gaming industry or equivalent</li> <li>Must have working knowledge of all games in which they supervise</li> <li>Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent</li> <li>Other training or work experience may be used in lieu of High School Diploma.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and write English proficiently</li> <li>Ability to speak English</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be proficient in all math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.</li> <li>Must know perfect Basic Strategy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</li> <li>Must be able to stand for 8 hrs.</li> <li>Must be able to work in a smoking environment</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WORK ENVIROMENT:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposed to weather conditions and prevalent temperature changes.</li> <li>Subject to (low, moderate, or high) ambient noise level.
