Overview: T3 is looking for a Managing Director, Product Design to join our team who will help us build programs that change companies and industries.&nbsp; We&rsquo;d like for you to consider joining us in Austin, but we have offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco, and we have all learned to work remotely.&nbsp; This is a seller-doer role that will be instrumental in creating and capturing opportunities for Product Design programs inclusive of strategy, technology, operations, and marketing/creative. P&amp;L management experience is on the near-term horizon.&nbsp; In addition, you will be expected to provide thought leadership and actively contribute to business development.<br /><br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About T3</strong></span><br /><br />T3 is building Modern Loyalty by disrupting the architecture, development, and delivery of customer engagement programs.&nbsp; Our Modern Loyalty approach is audacious in its experience-first, platform agnostic point of view, and we seek kindred spirits.&nbsp; We aspire to create industry-changing programs that are driven by Data, Insights, and Design.
Responsibilities: You will have the following responsibilities: <ul> <li>Support the Product Design practice in the design, build, and management of programs and projects for T3 clients, following the Modern LoyaltyTM framework</li> <li>Persuasively and effectively communicate with senior-level clients across multiple industries on behalf of the agency</li> <li>Be actively involved in new business efforts</li> <li>Coordinate overall development and delivery approach among various internal teams including strategy, delivery, creative, and Loyalty/CRM or maybe technology?</li> <li>Consult on best-in-class approaches and practices</li> <li>Lead vendor and partner select discussions on behalf of clients</li> <li>Collaborate with senior leaders inside agency to develop and grow the discipline</li> <li>Provide consistent status reports to senior leaders on quality of delivery, potential process enhancements and resource allocation</li> <li>Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of Product Design specialists to support the business unit.</li> </ul>
Requirements: Required skills: <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of Product Design s including strategy, technology, operations, and marketing/creativity. (this may not make sense now)</li> <li>Experience managing a P&amp;L of at least $3 million</li> <li>Ability to develop, sell in and operationalize system-wide plans intended to modernize customer experiences, improve loyalty systems and strengthen the business value</li> <li>Understanding of loyalty economics/business programs and an ability to communicate their business models effectively with senior client management.</li> <li>Agency or client-facing experience is a must</li> </ul> &nbsp; Recommended experience: <ul> <li>Eight or more (8+) years in a senior capacity developing and deploying Product Design programs/work? &nbsp;for mid-market and enterprise client businesses</li> <li>Ability to effectively gather information and data from clients and internal stakeholders to craft a data-driven narrative, including financial projections and test+learn plans.</li> <li>Experience managing direct reports through multi-year development cycles preferred</li> </ul>
