As a Researcher, you&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in finding and engaging the top talent in the industry. Responsibilities: In this role, you will <ul> <li>Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use a wide range of creative search techniques</li> <li>Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns</li> <li>Collaborate with recruiters to meet pipeline goals and establish a funnel of top talent</li> <li>Create innovative approaches that look beyond direct applications, using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, referrals, and other sourcing techniques to find and engage the best diverse talent in the market</li> <li>Strong attention to detail while diligently maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System(Greenhouse)</li> </ul>
Requirements: About you <ul> <li>Bachelors or Associates Degree with equivalent experience</li> <li>Enthusiasm for building creative solutions to complex problems in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>People advocate with a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience while being a thoughtful ambassador for our culture &amp; team.</li> <li>Agile and self-motivated individual who excels in finding solutions before challenges arise</li> <li>Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills and thrives in a culture of feedback</li> <li>Innately curious about new market insights and has a desire to learn new techniques</li> </ul>
