Overview: T3 is looking for an&nbsp;Ad Ops Specialist&nbsp;to work in a growing and rapidly evolving media program. This is an immediate opening to join the team in our Austin, TX office. Because we are currently remote due to COVID-19 and will be moving to a hybrid working model in the Fall, we have flexibility to hire outside of the Austin area. The T3 media practice puts a focus on creating brand experiences that connect the right media &ndash; owned, earned, paid, shared or rented &ndash; with the right person, any device, any time, any place. An Ad Ops Manager at T3 will assist in the setup, generation and management of digital media campaigns and gathering of assets; be responsible for developing trafficking instructions and creating ad serving tracking tags; along with acting as a technical resource for troubleshooting. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: Trafficking campaigns in Google Campaign Manager <ul> <li>Lead for tracking tag generation and testing during development of online media, marketing landing pages, websites, conversion funnels and mobile applications</li> <li>Monitor campaign set-up &amp; tag distribution to ensure all steps are performed accurately</li> <li>Oversee floodlight implementation on client&rsquo;s O&amp;O sites; pixel tracking for media partners</li> <li>Configure and install web analytics pixels such as Adobe Analytics, Nielsen&rsquo;s VisualIQ, Placed and custom tracking solutions across a wide variety of website platforms</li> <li>Work with the creative service team to assist with trafficking new custom ads (eg. CDN paths, HTML5 templates)</li> </ul> Conducting pre/post launch QA &amp; troubleshooting errors <ul> <li>Subject matter expert for providing innovative tracking solutions to support Connections and Analytics teams</li> <li>Monitor and QA creative tracking prior to campaign launch</li> <li>Monitor for activity post campaign launch; compare with media partner&rsquo;s numbers to address any discrepancies ASAP</li> <li>Ongoing support to ensure tags are collecting accurate data</li> <li>Investigate data discrepancies surfaced by our Analytics team</li> <li>Analyze source code to find implementation errors &amp; recommend solutions</li> </ul> Integrating existing workflows with outside data partners <ul> <li>Evaluate tagging capabilities &amp; gaps in measurement for new data partners</li> <li>Conduct partner outreach to set-up API integrations</li> <li>Converse with viewability &amp; attribution partners to ensure consistent or expected activity &amp; measurement</li> </ul> Serving as agency&rsquo;s technical liaison to internal &amp; client teams <ul> <li>Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly</li> <li>Work across Client Engagement and Media teams to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving campaign setup, tagging, or tracking issues</li> <li>Document all implementation strategies &amp; nuances so information is readily available in Excel &amp; Google sheets</li> <li>Advise on technical feasibility during cross-department meetings or conversations</li> </ul>
Requirements: The ideal candidate: <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in an ad ops position (agency-side preferred, but sales-side is okay)</li> <li>Required: Thorough understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS</li> <li>Thorough understanding of commonly used analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and tag management platforms such as Tealium and Google Tag Manager</li> <li>Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems</li> <li>Knowledge of Third-Party Ad Servers (Google Campaign Manager/ DoubleClick DCM) and familiar with social platforms and pixel implementation</li> <li>Work experience with Google Ad Manager or a similar ad server, web content management systems and basic HTML</li> <li>Knowledge in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), DCM, MOAT, IAS, GTM, Adobe, AppsFlyer</li> </ul>
