Overview: <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></span> <br /><br />As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Material Qualitative research team and play a key role in resourcing projects and organizing people and teams. Using your attention to detail, flexibility, resourcing and project management skills; you will assist in monitoring the workflow of projects. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: <ul> <li>Assist in resourcing of projects and proposals, monitoring staff workload from both a historical and forward looking points of view</li> <li>Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and team members to maintain alignment and manage expectations</li> <li>Develop and track reports necessary for monitoring and tracking hours, utilization and time billed</li> <li>Help internal teams get set up with external vendors and partners as needed</li> <li>Work with our Ops team to manage vendor partnerships and ensure invoices are processed properly</li> <li>Monitor workload for team members and proactively prevent project overload</li> <li>Schedule and manage key strategic team meetings</li> </ul>
Requirements: ABOUT YOU <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, exhibit solid analytical capabilities, works well within a diverse team, and is a great communicator.</li> <li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent</li> <li>At least three years of experience coordinating multiple projects</li> <li>Proficiency with Excel and an aptitude for organizing data for analysis</li> <li>A highly detailed oriented mindset and be self-sufficient</li> <li>A precise and efficient communication style</li> <li>Can prioritize trade-offs between on-time, on-scope, or on-budget delivery</li> <li>Skilled at project scheduling, including via automated tools</li> <li>Can debate effectively for or against project changes, as appropriate</li> <li>Great communication and organization skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Skilled at working with changing priorities, deadlines and information</li> <li>Enjoy working with diverse personalities and being part of an ambitious, growing team</li> </ul>
