Responsibilities: What You&rsquo;ll Do: <ul> <li>Design and lead research engagements, working with teams to deliver analyses, insights, experiences and actionable recommendations that create meaningful impact. This includes guiding on best practices for approaches, stim and final deliverables.</li> <li>Be the main point of contact and research lead for clients, demonstrating expertise and confidence across engagements. You&rsquo;ll work closely with junior and senior colleagues to ensure project success.</li> <li>Work with other leaders to extend Kelton&rsquo;s and Material&rsquo;s capabilities, including scoping, forecasting, and helping recruit future talent as the offerings grow.</li> <li>Lead by example to motivate and grow teams, consistently providing clear feedback to raise performance and motivate team members.</li> <li>Advance experience strategy understanding within Kelton and Material. Spearhead regular internal training and education.</li> </ul>
Requirements: What You&rsquo;ll Bring: <ul> <li>6-8+ years of relevant experience working within insights, CX, innovation, brand strategy or experience design.</li> <li>A proven track record leading design research, insights and strategy projects and multi-disciplinary teams in a reputable consulting or agency environment is a must.</li> <li>A proven workshop-leader with an understanding of, and ability to lead others through, design thinking fundamentals.</li> <li>Experience moderating focus groups, online communities or in-depth interviews, translating those findings into insights.</li> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible and innovative approach to relationship growth and management.</li> <li>Assertive, proactive, direct, articulate and charismatic.</li> </ul>
