Overview: T3, a Material Company is seeking a highly collaborative, imaginative, and resourceful Production Operations Manager specifically responsible for working with our Video and Motion Graphics, Creative, and Client Engagement departments to help lead productions to include: vendor management, source talent, crews, location scouts, etc. This role will also be responsible for resourcing our video and studio teams and will lead the studio process. This position will also be responsible for&nbsp; governance of our digital asset management (DAM) and business affairs. This position will work closely with video, studio, and creative teams. Your interests in both creative execution and production make you a key stakeholder, ensuring quality creative (photography, illustrations, CGI, animation, retouching and typeface) is matched with the best-negotiated value.

Requirements: <ul> <li>Become immersed in the production and creative environment to gain a thorough understanding of T3&rsquo;s needs as it relates to workflow, delivery, quality control, and risk management</li> <li>Resource management of video studio including editors and motion graphics, as well as physical studio space at T3</li> <li>Understand creative concepts to execution in order to help execute and provide talent, client products, propping and location recommendations and selection for optimal delivery</li> <li>Work closely with Video, Studio, Creative and Client Enagement teams to source vendors, talent, props, locations, etc. per budget, timing, creative requirements, guidelines, and legal limits;</li> <li>Schedule and conduct regular meetings with vendors, contractors, and third parties (i.e., casting agents, production shops, etc.) to manage preferred vendor lists and build relationships&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrate an understanding of legal issues around brand, asset, copyright, and trademark use and generate solutions that serve both creative and legal requirements;</li> <li>Identify unique ways to organize and manage the entire digital asset lifecycle from creation to distribution, production, and archiving</li> <li>Manage asset matrices and work with Client Engagement and Finance teams to reconcile PO&rsquo;s, invoices, and releases, as well as negotiate and manage payments</li> <li>Understand the tools available (internally and externally) to devise solutions that are flexible for our organization&rsquo;s use while making our process more efficient;</li> <li>Develop, schedule, and conduct DAM user training for different audiences, both internal and external to T3</li> <li>Experience 7+ years (production or agency experience preferred)</li> </ul>
