Responsibilities: In this role, you will:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Work with Senior Solutions Manager and Director, Project Management, to understand and manage scope and cost around implementation and servicing on assigned projects.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with Senior Solutions Manager to resource project implementation and servicing.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage all resources related to a specific project.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create all project-level documentation for client management and specification.  This would&nbsp;include:  work plans, design guidelines, specification documentation, training material, etc.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage all communication regarding technical servicing and implementation with the end client and internal stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead design in partnership with the technical team around survey, invites, IT files, and reporting in partnership with the client and internal research teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients to help facilitate successful project implementations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Approach problems in creative ways while delivering high-quality solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with Senior Solutions Manager to understand and implement technology best practices on all programs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide excellent written and oral communication, particularly with clients and senior leaders.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: ABOUT YOU&nbsp; <ul> <li>4-year bachelor&rsquo;s degree, advanced degree a plus, with 5 years minimum experience working in Market Research and/or Technology. &nbsp;</li> <li>Open minded, embracer of technology&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-starter&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment&nbsp;</li> </ul>
