Responsibilities: What does success look like?&nbsp; A successful Product Manager will have mastered the arts of:  &nbsp; <ul> <li>Defining a growth strategy in new and existing products</li> <li>Improving user experience to meet the everchanging needs of our business and our clients</li> <li>Building trust across multiple stakeholders, partners and leaders</li> <li>Reportingfindings across the company to champion your product vision and growth plan.</li> <li>Consistency in assessing product health and risks</li> </ul> Responsibilities&nbsp; <ul> <li>Act as the Product Owner representing the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions</li> <li>Gain an understanding of user flows and pain points and make recommendations</li> <li>Become a subject matter expert and provide insights into products, technology and market trends</li> <li>Collaborate with multifunction and multidisciplinary teams including business stakeholders, developers, quality assurance and release to document, design, test and deliver innovative solutions, enhancements and bug fixes</li> <li>Assist as Scrum and/or work Project management throughout the product lifecycle (development, quality assurance and release)</li> <li>Maintain and create product backlogs, technical and non-technical user stories including mockups, wireframes, and acceptance criteria</li> <li>Ability to work directly with developers, quality assurance and release engineers for new product enhancements and bug fixes</li> <li>Ability to work with UX designers to gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing</li> <li>Maintain and monitor and report on product KPIs</li> <li>Assist in the facilitation and maintaining the product roadmaps</li> <li>Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans</li> <li>Assist with in communicating and presenting progress to internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Assist in the development of new business proposals</li> </ul> Collaboration:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Engage &amp; Support business stakeholders to drive and maximize value out of our&nbsp;software development solutions</li> <li>Pivot &amp; navigate to the right people, processes &amp; technology solutions,&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;the best outcomes for all our users and clients.&nbsp;</li> </ul> Operations: &nbsp; <ul> <li>Communicate engagingly with&nbsp; stakeholders for alignment, expectation management&nbsp;and&nbsp;clarity&nbsp;of Material&rsquo;s software engineering goals.</li> <li>Support&nbsp;theProduct team&nbsp;in&nbsp;day-to-day operations including&nbsp;support tickets and ad-hoc client requests</li> <li>Take ownership&nbsp;of a specific roadmap to ensure that value is being driven by the technical solutions you implement</li> </ul>
Requirements: Requirements&nbsp; <ul> <li>A&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s or&nbsp;Master&rsquo;s&nbsp;degree in computer science or related field, or applicable experience</li> <li>2+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, engineering, UI/UX, or a related field/discipline.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in Agile project management framework</li> <li>1+ years of experience in working with outsourced/remote development, quality assurance and release teams</li> <li>BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business management or related field, or equivalent practical experience</li> </ul> Competencies:&nbsp; <ul> <li>A communicator,&nbsp;humble and patient&nbsp;individual&nbsp;working effectively with distributed teams&nbsp;who&nbsp;is equally a mentor and a mentee</li> <li>A creative&nbsp;mindset that brings ideas to life by leveraging technologies in new ways that could have high impact in every aspect of operations&nbsp;</li> <li>A multi-tasker,&nbsp;working&nbsp;in a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed easily.&nbsp;</li> <li>An analytical thinker, can take understand often complex backend logics related to data and analysis and translate them to concrete requirements</li> <li>Mindful of the employee experience- articulate, confident &amp; well-spoken in all forms of communication, comfortable to be the voice of our customer to&nbsp;Material&nbsp;, and the face of&nbsp;Material&nbsp; to our customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul>
