Requirements: What You&rsquo;ll Bring: &nbsp; <ul> <li>Are a college graduate with 3+ years of experience</li> <li>Possess well-honed project management skills including an ability to support project scoping and definition, manage stakeholders and anticipate, identify, articulate and mitigate risks/issues</li> <li>Naturally connect with prospects and clients to develop and deepen relationships, including identifying new business development opportunities</li> <li>Understand how to leverage customer insights to inspire and recommend improvements to an existing customer journey and create new experiences that delight customers</li> <li>Have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, and an ability to digest, synthesize and translate complex information into a compelling story</li> <li>Feel confident running meetings and presenting materials to audiences at all levels of a client organization</li> <li>Are confident in managing cross-functional project teams, and have a proven track-record of leading/supporting large scale, multi-workstream projects</li> <li>Take accountability for deliverables and outcomes within specific workstreams</li> <li>Are willing to travel up to 50% of time (travel on hold until further notice due to Covid)</li> <li>Proficient to advanced in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel</li> <li>Basic/advanced formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup, indexing in Excel</li> <li>Overall technical savviness and ability to learn new tools&nbsp;</li> </ul>
