Overview: Overview The Account Supervisor manages, and often leads, day-to-day relationships with key client contacts, helps develop and execute on communications and marketing strategies, and ensures the team is delivering the tactical implementation of the work. Account Supervisors work closely with Account Directors or Group Directors, while managing a team of account staff members and collaborating with the creative department on work ranging from brand management and implementation, ad campaigns, digital and content strategy, marketing collateral and social content. This role will support a national, Fortune 100 healthcare organization, as it deploys its brand across its healthcare network. From enterprise and local market brands to service line positioning's, the team serves as an extension of the client team handling brand and marketing strategy, as well as overall brand management and implementation. &nbsp;
Responsibilities: Account Supervisor Responsibilities:&nbsp;<br /><strong>Planning &amp; Strategy</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Support the development and articulation of brand strategies and campaigns</li> <li>Track and monitor industry, client and competitive context (research, news and client-supplied data) to inform marketing plans</li> <li>Support research efforts that inform or validate marketing strategies and campaigns.</li> <li>Lead creative team briefings and brainstorming sessions</li> <li>Demonstrate mastery of details and a view of the bigger picture, as well as the ability to recognize and develop opportunities</li> <li>Identify key elements of issues, problems or data sets and be able to highlight general opportunities and implications&mdash;and engage the Account Director to help address them</li> <li>Manage guideline development strategy, implementation and deployment across complex organization</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Client Service</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Gather and synthesize information from clients pertaining to their objectives, assignments and parameters.</li> <li>Earn the confidence of the client by providing counsel that reflects deep knowledge of the client&rsquo;s business&mdash;their key issues, market research, competitive situation and industry trends&mdash;and experience in brand communications</li> <li>Act as liaison between the client, internal teams and outside partners/vendors</li> <li>Prepare for and contribute to the leadership of client meetings and presentations</li> <li>Demonstrate excellent judgment in managing client expectations, supporting fellow team members and knowing when/how to engage senior-level input</li> <li>Actively contribute to making the case for the ideas and executions the agency recommends to clients</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Account Management</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Write and review/edit actionable briefs that are clear, succinct and strategically relevant for the client&rsquo;s business and communications goals</li> <li>Consistently deliver (or support your team members in delivering) dependable, organized and clear communications at all levels including scopes of work, project timelines, creative briefs, etc.</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiency at synthesizing client feedback with sensitivity to defining the problem we&rsquo;re trying to solve, rather than prescribing solutions</li> <li>Manage client work for profitability, estimating accurately, defining scope and timing clearly, tracking budgets and resource utilization</li> <li>Oversee invoicing as well as team resourcing hand in hand with finance and project management teams</li> </ul>
Requirements: Other Expectations:<br /> <ul> <li>5+ years experience</li> <li>Demonstrate strong team/collaboration skills</li> <li>Manage and mentor reporting account team members, setting clear expectations and empowering them by helping them to understand what, why, and how</li> <li>Account Supervisors need to be clear thinkers, articulate, concise, and adaptable.
