Material&rsquo;s strategy team is currently seeking an Associate Strategy Director to serve as a leader among a talented group of strategists, creative thinkers, insights miners, and experience designers. The Associate Strategy Director is a high-level, hands-on position driving the overall strategic vision and growth for one or more key accounts. The Associate Strategy Director is the tip of the spear for the team&rsquo;s thinking, ideation, and insight execution.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: <br /> <ul> <li>Ensure that each account has vision and ambition as well as the insights and innovative strategies needed to make them happen.</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues and drive the conversation regarding the client&rsquo;s future.</li> <li>Lead the development of strategic insights, brand platforms and multi-channel Go-ToMarket strategies.</li> <li>Advance strategy as a discipline at Material by sharing best practices and Inspiring and nurturing a strategic mindset among other strategists, account leaders, creatives, UX, content and engagement team members.</li> <li>Actively participate in business development, supporting pitches and bringing great business opportunities to life.</li> </ul>
Requirements: Ideal Candidates have:<br /> <ul> <li>8+ years&rsquo; experience in digital marketing and brand strategy</li> <li>Innovative approaches for quickly identifying, assembling and analyzing data and producing actionable insights</li> <li>A knack for inspirational simplification</li> <li>A track record of inspiring, recognizing and nurturing bold, leading edge creative ideas</li> <li>Experience driving engagement and building brands across all channels &ndash; digital, traditional, and emerging</li> <li>Genuine desire to collaborate and work as part of a multi-disciplinary teams</li> <li>Accountability that borders on obsessive</li> <li>Entrepreneurial spirit</li> </ul>
