Overview: T3 is looking for an experienced Program Director to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day program directing and communication between clients and internal teams on brand strategy, visual identity, and marketing campaign(s) consisting of digital, media, and social initiatives for high-profile T3 clients. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Oversee day-to-day execution of client projects and delivery as a whole, from scoping and kick-off to final delivery</li> <li>Develop trusted relationships with day-to-day clients and internal teams</li> <li>Seek out a deep understanding of the client's business&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage internal and client teams' expectations</li> <li>Go-to person for internal team questions</li> <li>Form trusted relationships with internal cross-functional teams&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage programs and deliver quality work on time and budget, according to an agreed-upon statement of work&nbsp;</li> <li>Adapt quickly to solve problems for both clients and internal teams</li> <li>Successfully manage multiple projects, including resourcing, scheduling, vendor/contract management, and hard cost budgets</li> <li>Proactively identify and implement process/resource efficiencies</li> <li>Know when and how to escalate operational, resource, budget, or timeline issues, in-detail and offer possible solutions</li> <li>Develop project plans and drive scope development, including drafting statements of work documents and estimating staff level of effort</li> <li>Listen for and identity potential new business opportunities and ways to further engage existing client relationships</li> </ul> Leadership Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Excellent active listening and problem solving skills</li> <li>Inspire positivity and confidence among interdepartmental teams and clients</li> <li>Contribute to departmental staffing and problem solving</li> <li>Act as a leader in the department, proactively sharing lessons learned and best practices across teams</li> </ul> Communication Expectations: <ul> <li>Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail</li> <li>Understand nuances of client communication</li> <li>Maintain fluid communications channels depending on the project type, team makeup and/or client preferences</li> </ul> Culture: <ul> <li>Demonstrate accountability and eagerness to learn</li> <li>Positive team player with a can-do attitude</li> <li>Possess a positive presence within the agency</li> <li>Drive the work forward and have a predisposition to action</li> <li>Possess a passion for great ideas and technology</li> </ul>
Requirements: Program Director&nbsp;Experience: <ul> <li>10+ years' experience required.</li> <li>Experience with a digital agency or consultancy is required.</li> <li>Digital experience should include exposure to brand and campaign design/strategy, website design and development, product launches, and media.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
