Overview: We have an immediate position available for a Media Coordinator at T3 out of our Austin, TX office. Because we are currently remote due to COVID-19 and will be moving to a hybrid working model in the Fall, we have flexibility to hire outside of the Austin area.<br /><br />The Media Coordinator is a crucial role, ensuring plans are executed on time, efficiently, accurately and diligently managed. Your collaborative spirit, attention to detail and insight mining will provide the path forward for the media team to drive measurable results for our clients' needs. &nbsp;
Responsibilities: Media Coordinator Responsibilities:&nbsp; <br /><br /><strong>MEDIA TRAFFICKING</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Works with account teams, producers and media planners to organize, track and traffic assets across social and programmatic channels</li> <li>Assists with QA (quality assurance) in ensuring correct assets are trafficked on time, correctly and with needed tagging and measurement protocols</li> <li>Ensures all asset tracking sheets are up to date according to shifting budget and timing needs and that these changes are communicated at appropriate times with key team members</li> <li>Provides feedback and guidance to production teams and client engagement re: timing needs to ensure smooth execution and publishing</li> </ul> <br /><br /><strong>PACING AND OPTIMIZATION</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Assists Media Planner with monitoring and managing campaign budgets and allocations against performance across media channels (broadcast and/or digital preferred)</li> <li>Communicates and stewards current status of campaigns and provides insights and recommendations to Media Planner for optimization</li> <li>Documents and tracks key changes to budget, targeting, and allocation</li> </ul> <br /><br /><strong>MEDIA AUTHORIZATION AND BILLING</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Assists in media authorization and insertion order process between client accounts and also media partner accounts</li> <li>Keeps track of media authorization and internal communications between key teams (account, billing, media)</li> <li>Assists account teams and media teams in tracking media invoices and reconciling against planned budgets</li> </ul>
Requirements: The ideal candidate:<br /> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in media planning, buying and management support in an agency environment or in juggling various lines of business/initiatives</li> <li>Well-versed and experienced in assisting the management of paid media campaigns (unicorns with digital and broadcast experience are a plus but if you have one and are willing to learn another, that&rsquo;s okay too)</li> <li>Curious, open-minded and a team player. Leaves the ego at the door and enjoys fast pace environments.</li> </ul>
