We&rsquo;re growing and are looking for digitally ambidextrous talent for both specialized and open-ended needs across our client portfolio. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>You will be part of larger creative teams and also take the lead on a growing number of email projects working with our CRM strategy and technical teams to develop powerful, personalized campaigns.</li> <li>We are looking for a copywriter who is an outstanding thinker and writer and knows how to apply it across digital marketing, with deep experience in CRM.</li> <li>We view CRM as a set of personalized conversations and not instantly deleted spam.</li> <li>We need thinking and writing smartly applied to the needs of audiences, clients and platforms.</li> <li>We are open to a team for our new roles, so if you have an art director partner, let them know.</li> </ul>
Requirements: What we&rsquo;re looking for: <ul> <li>5+ years of experience with balance between broader digital campaigns and email marketing</li> <li>A diverse portfolio of work across client categories</li> <li>Strong CRM cases in concept, writing, design and results</li> <li>Understanding of email content and design best practices, especially the incorporation of live text, personalization and dynamic content</li> <li>That perfect balance between concept, voice, content and execution</li> <li>Curious mind, skilled at translating sometimes technical content into clear, persuasive copy and CTAs</li> <li>Strong presentation and client skills with ability to form collaborative relationships</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working with CRM/email/digital marketing strategy and development teams</li> <li>Proven ability to use data to learn and optimize campaigns</li> <li>Experience in creating big ideas, new approaches and enduring campaigns that customers love&nbsp;</li> </ul>
