As a Recruiter, you will work as a strategic consultant to partner with hiring teams on talent resourcing for our Market Research positions. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: <ul> <li>Lead full‐cycle recruitment (researching, screening, interviewing, and closing) for multiple job requisitions for a variety of hiring managers for technical and research roles</li> <li>Play a crucial role in crafting Material&rsquo;s future by identifying and hiring world-class talent. This is all encompassing from providing input on the preparation of job descriptions to making recommendations on employment brand strategy</li> <li>Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities (we move fast so you will need to as well) by formulating plans to fill new roles quickly and brainstorming with hiring managers to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search</li> <li>Build and maintain social media identities to promote open roles and foster candidate interaction and engagement</li> </ul>
Requirements: About you: <ul> <li>3-5 year(s) experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple fields.</li> <li>An innate curiosity and a passion for learning new things</li> <li>A proactive multi-tasker able to work in a fast paced environment and adjust to changing priorities</li> <li>Driven and motivated to build partnerships across the business and strives to be a subject matter expert</li> <li>Believes that an incredible candidate experience is a top priority and is excited to be the face of Material</li> <li>Innovative, creative problem solver and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.</li> <li>Proven skills in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiating/closing and relationship management.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial team player always looking for ways to grow and support those around them</li> <li>Experience recruiting Market Research positions (preferred).</li> <li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)</li> </ul>
