Overview: <strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong> <br />Material is looking for a Senior Recruiter who will partner with hiring teams on talent resourcing, from a strategic and consultative perspective. This role reports directly to the Recruiting Director and works beside other Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Coordinators.&nbsp;<br /><br /><strong>ABOUT US</strong> <br />Material is an analytics-driven marketing services firm powered by sophisticated analytics and deep human understanding.&nbsp; Founded in 1973 and headquartered in LA, the company has grown consistently&nbsp;for nearly 50 years and currently has&nbsp;1200 employees in 20 offices including NY, Chicago, San Francisco, Austin, and London.&nbsp;&nbsp;Material has actively acquired a portfolio of businesses to build a unique, integrated marketing services business with key capabilities in analytics, intelligence and experience for an array of top tier clients in entertainment, tech, retail, healthcare, and packaged goods.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Responsibilities: In this role, you will: <ul> <li>Manage full‐cycle recruitment (researching, screening, interviewing, and closing) for multiple job requisitions for a variety of hiring managers for technical and research roles. This includes evaluating candidates for core values and culture fit just as much as for skill level, experience, and knowledge.</li> <li>Play a crucial role in shaping Material's future by identifying and hiring world-class talent. This is all encompassing from providing input on the preparation of job descriptions to making recommendations on employment brand strategy.</li> <li>Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities (we move fast so you will need to as well) by formulating plans to fill new roles quickly and brainstorming with hiring managers to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search.</li> <li>Create and maintain social media identities to promote open roles and foster candidate interaction and engagement</li> </ul>
