Overview: Senior Art Director T3 is now a part of the Material+ network, a consultancy group with capabilities spanning from insights and analytics to experience delivery and brand-building for some of the top brands in the country like Nike, Sephora, Google, UPS and Capital One (to name a few). We&rsquo;re growing and are looking for digitally ambidextrous talent for both specialized and open-ended needs across our client portfolio. We are looking for a versatile Senior Art Director with proven strengths in concept and campaign development across digital, social, video, television and some CRM. We need the rare talent who knows how to build strong campaign architecture and then direct the work across customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of powerful (not boring) B2B and inventive consumer work. This is a client-facing role for a brand that wants to be recognized as a leader in developing innovative 360 campaigns and experiences for their customers. You will be part of a highly collaborative team, working closely with art directors and people from our creative, connections, strategy, CRM, client engagement, and program teams. You will be developing major campaigns along with industry-specific initiatives. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Lead art direction for campaigns</li> <li>Design system development for digital and social media campaigns with extensions across channels</li> <li>Executing and direction execution across campaign deliverables</li> <li>Storyboard creation</li> <li>Managing photo and video shoots and stock selection</li> <li>Collaboration with creative partners, strategy, user experience, and account leads</li> <li>Client presentation decks</li> <li>Effectively and persuasively presenting ideas to clients</li> </ul>
Requirements: About You (qualifications): <ul> <li>7+ years of experience</li> <li>Strong art direction and design skills</li> <li>Ability to produce and direct production of your ideas</li> <li>Diverse portfolio of great digital, video and social campaigns</li> <li>Ability to translate campaigns across customer touchpoints</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously with a curious mind and a willingness to dive into a range of topics</li> <li>Strong client presentation and collaboration skills</li> </ul>
